BTS PRO supports the digitalization of public administration in the Republic of Moldova through a national-level IT project.

BTS PRO, in collaboration with the World Bank, implemented a large-scale IT project by building the MCloud platform — the government solution that digitally transforms the activity of ministries and public institutions in the Republic of Moldova.

Valued at 6.5 million US dollars, the project was carried out over 18 months, optimizing the operation of more than 90 public institutions, ensuring data continuity and minimizing recovery time in the event of unforeseen technical failures.

To achieve the project’s objectives, BTS PRO collaborated with global technology leaders, including Cisco, NetApp, Emerson, VMware, Oracle, Veritas, McAfee, Kaspersky and Barracuda.

The modern infrastructure includes more than 1,000 virtual machines and two active-active data centers, integrating advanced automation and cybersecurity solutions. Key technologies include NetApp Storage MetroCluster for advanced storage, VMware vRealize Suite for managing and automating IaaS and SaaS services, and Cisco ASA for cyber protection.

Through this project, BTS PRO contributes to the digitalization of public administration services and to the development of high-performance IT infrastructure, supporting the modernization of government services in the Republic of Moldova.
