Cisco Cloud Control – IT Infrastructure Management with AI Agents

Cisco Cloud Control unifies the management, monitoring and protection of IT infrastructure, providing technical teams and AI agents with a shared operational context.

Cisco has introduced Cisco Cloud Control, a unified platform that enables IT teams and AI agents to manage, monitor and protect an organization’s critical infrastructure.

Through a single sign-on, the new platform provides access to information related to networking, security, computing infrastructure, observability and collaboration. Technical teams and AI agents use the same data source and operational context, while important decisions remain under the control of administrators.

Cisco Cloud Control also enables the development of customized applications and AI agents through natural-language commands. The platform can be integrated with external solutions such as Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Slack and PagerDuty.

At the same time, Cisco is expanding its Live Protect technology, which can protect selected network devices against newly discovered vulnerabilities without restarting the equipment or interrupting services. The company is also introducing post-quantum cryptography readiness assessments designed to identify infrastructure components that may be exposed to future risks.

For companies in the Republic of Moldova, the adoption of such a platform should be preceded by an assessment of the existing architecture, security policies and compatibility between solutions.

BTS PRO designs and integrates Cisco infrastructures tailored to each organization’s requirements, from networking and cybersecurity to monitoring and centralized management. Contact us for a free consultation.
