On October 9, 2025, BTS PRO, in collaboration with Kaspersky, organized the interactive Kaspersky Interactive Protection Simulation training, dedicated to understanding the impact of security decisions on a company’s stability, profitability, and operational continuity.
Through this exercise, participants were able to analyze how strategic, technical, and managerial decisions directly influence the evolution of an organization when facing cyber threats.
Kaspersky Interactive Protection Simulation is designed as an awareness and collaboration exercise, addressed to IT specialists, security managers, executives, and decision-makers. The training gives participants the opportunity to better understand the connection between cybersecurity, business continuity, and the company’s financial results.
During the session, participants explored how cyberattacks can affect an organization’s operations, from reduced productivity to financial losses and decreased trust in the company. Every decision made during the simulation influenced the development of the scenario, allowing participants to observe the direct consequences of their security-related choices.
A strong focus was placed on collaboration between IT and business departments. The training highlighted that effective organizational protection depends not only on the technical solutions used, but also on how teams communicate, prioritize risks, and make joint decisions under pressure.
Participants also analyzed common mistakes that may occur when building a protection and incident response strategy. Through practical exercises, they understood the importance of a proactive approach, proper allocation of resources, and alignment of security measures with business objectives.
